How to Access Your Portal

Go to your AI Assistant page and click Secure Access

Navigate to your IPTriple AI Assistant, enter your site password, and click Open Knowledge Base Portal — you'll be taken straight to your branded portal.

Paste your Portal Access Key into the login field

Copy your Portal Access Key from above and paste it into the login field, then click Access My Portal.

Your private IPTriple knowledge base dashboard loads automatically

You'll see your uploaded documents, query history, and controls to add or remove content from your AI assistant's knowledge base.

What You Can Do

Upload Documents

Drag and drop PDF, Word, TXT, or Markdown files. Each document is broken into searchable passages and indexed instantly.

Add FAQ / Text

Paste FAQs, policies, pricing tables, or any text content directly. Give it a name so you can find and remove it later.

Manage Documents

View everything you've uploaded. Remove any document at any time to stop your AI assistant from using it.

Query History

Every question asked through your AI widget is logged here — searchable, timestamped, and private to your account.

How It Works

Documents you upload are split into passages and stored in your private vector database — a dedicated collection only your account can access.

💬

When a visitor asks your AI assistant a question, it searches your documents first and answers from your actual content — not generic AI responses.

🔒

Your documents are never shared with other companies or visible to other portal users. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

🌐

Web search is also enabled — your assistant combines your private KB with real-time web results for the most accurate and current answers.

Keep your Portal Access Key confidential. It grants direct upload and management access to your private knowledge base. Do not share it publicly or include it in emails.
